Rock hunting trip with the Rolling Stones and a hike

Rock hunting trip consisted of 3 stops looking for fluorite.  Huge crystals that run in veins in the rock which were, at one time when we made our own steel in this country, used to keep the steel from sticking to the vats.

Spectacular views at these mines.  Very difficult roads.

Turkey Creek

Hot Spring in the middle of Turkey Creek.  The water was extremely hot and will be inviting in the winter time.  Turkey Creek runs, when it does, into the Gila River which always has water from the snow caps up north.

Biggest freaking turkey I have ever seen in my life.  When it stood up it was as tall as me.
