We must be hitting the peak for blue bonnet blooms. Hopefully we can find a safe place to stop on the highway to get a photo tomorrow. We enjoyed a picnic lunch of pbj sammies at the roadside, mini oil well tables. Though heavy metal lids on trash cans made Pam wonder if we were gonna be bear meat. Are there bears around here? Don says, "yes." Should we be totin at the next picnic?!
